JAGUAR CARS
Making an exhibition!
Against tough competition, Jaguar cars chose dazzle to hand pick a team of 16 Brand Ambassadors to work with some of its own staff to promote important motor industry events.
An extensive two-day training programme made sure every dazzle team member was fully conversant with key exhibition stand role play and product knowledge, plus the chance to get behind the wheel of these luxury cars.
Ann Ballinger handpicked the team to represent this prestigious brand. Each person needed to satisfy the criteria of: strong communication and sales skills, ability to encompass the brand, stylish with the commitment to sustain 10 hours a day over a 2-week period.
The client was delighted, as were visitors: "They had a fantastic attitude towards Jaguar."
COUNTRYWIDE SPECIAL EVENTS
Having a ball! Not once, but twice.
How do you stage CARPHONE WAREHOUSE’S ANNUAL CONFERENCE & BALL at Alexander Palace for 12,000 employees without a glitch?
Employ dazzle, who provided the staffing requirements with 60 conference hosts under the supervisions of dazzle’s star Account Manager, Emma Finch.
Emma sourced the entire team with the required high calibre presentation and communication skills necessary for handling an audience with many overseas delegates.
For Countrywide, dazzle also helped raise nearly £200,000 by organising the OLLIE G BALL, one of the largest Charity Balls to be held in Surrey, for 500 guests.
Once again Emma Finch came up trumps by providing 50 dazzling table hosts who were engaged in all the evening’s entertainment, including a main Auction, as well as helping to mount a special champagne raffle with a sparkling £5000 diamond as reward.
IMPERIAL CORPORATE EVENTS
Corporate hospitality par excellence!
In the early days ICE used their own staff, supported by friends to look after guests, but rapidly realised they needed something more professional.
Then dazzle won an unprecedented 12-month contract to supply hosts for their corporate hospitality programmes.
Brightly turned out staff have illuminated all the major sporting events including Rugby at Twickenham, Racing at Windsor and Ascot and the Henley Regatta.
For the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix a team of hostesses, some of them French speaking, transfered guests from Nice airport to the circuit and made sure the return journey to UK worked seamlessly.
dazzle offers a hassle-free service by looking after the company’s corporate uniforms including maintenance, dry cleaning and storage and handles the distribution.
MICROSOFT
A warm and engaging welcome.
Since 1995, dazzle has been supplying Microsoft with promotional teams for all their events.
Three years later, Microsoft opened their Customer Briefing Centre on their impressive site in Reading. With their track record dazzle were offered the contract to supply front-of-house staffing requirements and assist with the day to day running of the centre.
Dazzle have their loyal team of professionals, all of whom have been handpicked for reliability and their warm and engaging personalities.
To enhance the overall image of the front-of-house staff, dazzle source appropriate business suits and tops annually to keep the look fresh.
Since 2007 Microsoft asked dazzle to provide the same service for their brand new offices in Victoria, London. dazzle will continue to offer the high standard of service Microsoft have come to expect.
LIQUID: Samsung
dazzle on tap for top brands
dazzle staff were chosen by Liquid to help them fulfil staffing arrangements for two of their top clients.
For Samsung, dazzle reception staff welcomed visitors to their stand at Crufts 2007 at the NEC, Birmingham and encouraged them to enter a competition and make donations to The Guide Dogs for The Blind in Korea.
The need to interact with children taking photographs using the latest Samsung cameras and printers, and engaging with clients in a hospitality area was all in a day’s work for dazzle.
LIQUID: American Airlines
dazzle helps American Airlines roadshow take flight
For the launch of American Airlines’ new European business class offer, Liquid created an exciting roadshow.
The event was designed for premium business customers to sample AA’s inflight experience, and during June 2008 dazzle staff were used to aid brand awareness, by handing out special envelopes to visitors at Motor Expo, Canary Wharf.
Inside each envelope was a competition to win business class tickets, and specially selected dazzle staff, dressed like AA cabin crew, used their communication skills to deliver the right message.
The dazzle team also helped other AA events lift off at Broadgate and Liverpool Street Stations.
