Dazzle

In dazzle’s new role as one of Warwickshire’s prestigious party planners we welcomed the opportunity to organise a surprise 40th birthday at the Old Leamingtonians RFC.  In order to keep the surprise for our client’s partner – an avid rugby football fan, dazzle sourced venue, took care of the themeing, guest list and invitations, entertainment and an amazing birthday cake.  On the evening our dazzle Event Manager and host ensured the smooth running of the whole event so that our client and her partner could – sit back and enjoy!

The team at dazzle have now recovered from our Christmas activities which saw us managing over 70 special event staff in Central London, Bristol, Aylesbury, Worcester and Grantham over a 5 week period up to Christmas Eve.  The success of these activities have secured dazzle with the repeat business for 2009.  Advertising and recruitment for Santas and Elves and many other roles will start again in September

The month of March and April sees dazzle busy providing experienced teams of UK Conference Event Staff to assist with the smooth running of some high-profile Government Roadshows including HWWB,OFSTED and NHS Masterclass.  Main duties for our staff include registration, delegate movement and Q&A sessions. Apart from supplying event staff for the main venues in London dazzle has hand-picked teams in Newcastle, Glasgow, Guildford, Nottingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Birmingham, Cambridge, Bristol and Sheffield

Melbry Events has given dazzle an early Christmas present by appointing them to staff their two prestigious festive activities in Central London and others arond the country.

First is the award winning Santa’s Grotto at Selfridges, second the brand new Westfield Centre at Shepherds Bush with a special 3D Christmas experience.

dazzle will be providing all the costumed staff as Santas and Elves, plus all the front-of-house staff including some in supervisory roles and photo sales positions.

Almost 70 staff will be involved in promoting these glittering events.

dazzle was hired for the launch of the CentralVision project by Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Partnership.

CentralVision’s Lynda Pinks attributed dazzle’s input as the key to the event’s success.

She said: “We felt dazzle not only brought the sparkle that their name implied, but also a quiet, organised competence on which we felt we could totally depend.”
